The 25-year-old Botswananian, Nijel Amos, the winner of three Diamond League finals, a record holder in the 800m race, will be among the favorites. He is the only Olympic medalist in the history of Botswana, and holds a junior world record ( 1: 41.73 in the 2012 Olympics). He is very focused on winning the Diamond League this season.
