Soufiane El Bekkali : The Moroccan athlete with historical performance, present at the 13th edition of the InternationalMohammed VI Athletics Meeting.

After his great and memorable performance at the Diamond League in Doha, our Olympic champion Soufiane El Bakkali will be present for this new edition of the Mohammed VI International Athletics Meeting, in Rabat on the 5th of June, at the Prince Moulay Abdellah sports complex in Rabat.

The Moroccan champion, winner of the gold medal of the 3,000 m steeple at the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), has achieved a great Olympic feat, which crowns his considerable efforts. The historical performance of El Bakkali crowns an exceptional career of the young rider who knew how to upset the hierarchy of this distance.  

The Moroccan athlete also gained the 4th position at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, the silver of the London-2017 and Doha-2019 worlds.
